“Almost twenty years ago, I had a reiki healing session that was pivotal in my healing journey. A seed was planted, and many years later, as I came through a personal crisis, it occured to me that I should seek reiki training. It took me three years to find Lyn from that realization, although “find” is not the correct word. Lyn and I had shared community space for a while as acquaintances when I signed up for her guided meditation class. Following the class, we talked about my recent reiki sessions and intention to pursue reiki training. A few months later, I began my reiki training with Lyn.
