Meditation

Meditation classes offer effective tools to calm your mind and deeply connect with yourself, your body, and your breath. Meditation classes are for beginners to advanced practitioners.

Weekly group classes are lightly guided meditations to keep you focused on your breath and relaxation and are offered by me through the Richland County Public Library system, are free and via zoom. These offerings are scheduled by the library and not me directly, so dates and times may vary each week. Please register through their website or email me for the zoom link.

Specialized weekly guided meditation classes will focus on inner healing and relaxation with a themed focused meditation and at this time are offered directly following Monday evening yoga class at the studio.

Introduction to meditation classes are focused on the new meditator, this class discusses all aspects of meditation including benefits, history, styles, distractions and includes: two brief practice beginner meditations on relaxation and a guided meditation.

Private Meditation Sessions - $50.00

1 Hour Private guided Meditation Session at our studio, may include sound therapy if requested. Email or call to reserve a time.

Private Family Meditation Sessions - $100.00

1 Hour Private Family Meditation Session at our Studio or in your home. Email or call to reserve a time.
