CANCELLATION POLICY

Advance notice: 24 hours notice is expected when cancelling a scheduled appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, depending on the circumstances, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Workshop/Classes: All fees for classes or workshops must be paid in full prior to attending the class, and all class fees are non refundable if you are unable to attend.

No-Shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to not keep their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment, which must be paid in full prior to scheduling any new appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours or to respect others that have already started a class/workshop. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner /instructor will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session or join the class. Regardless of the length of the session or time you are given, you will be responsible for the full payment of the session, appointment, class or workshop. No credits or partial refunds will be issued. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner, other clients, and class participants, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Reiki Training: Deposits for reiki training classes are non refundable. If you are unable to attend the reiki training class the day off, you will be able to reschedule for the next available class, with payment in full due prior to the day of the actual training class. 24 hours notice is still expected if at all possible to allow that spot to be filled. Reiki training is offered on a limited basis throughout the year.
