Palmetto Healing Arts LLC is owned and operated by Lyn Nich. Lyn is a well known evidential psychic medium and reiki master with clients world wide. She is member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals. ( IARP) and the International Institute of Complementary Therapists ( IICT) Lyn is also a Certified Meditation Teacher for both adult and children, as well as, a Certified Master Mindfulness Practitioner. Lyn has a Master of Science in Higher Education from Purdue University with a focus in adult teaching and learning. She also holds certifications in holistic life coaching and Sound Facilitation. Lyn is also an ordained minister available for ceremonies and events. Lyn’s passion is helping others grow and learn in their own journey to mind , body spirit wellness.
Our goal at Palmetto Healing Arts is to promote overall mind, body and spiritual wellness and balance through holistic means. We offer the following services: Reiki, Intuitive guidance and spiritual readings, mindfulness and meditation classes for adults and children, Usui reiki training classes for adults , and workshops and classes pertaining to the healing arts. Reiki: Aids relaxation, assists the body's natural healing processes, and develops emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well-being. People who receive Reiki describe it as "intensely relaxing." The mind, body, and spiritual healing effects of reiki are mediated by the practitioner channeling Ki (energy) to the client by means of touch or holding of the hands slightly above the client’s body. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki training classes ( Levels 1, 2 and 3) will be offered on a limited basis throughout the year.
Meditationclasses offer effective tools to calm your mind and deeply connect with yourself, your body, and your breath. Meditation classes are for beginners to advanced practitioners. Most classes are guided meditations to keep you focused on relaxation, and weekly morning transcendental meditations which are appropriate for all levels of experience from the new beginner to the advanced. Many different styles are incorporated at Palmetto Healing Arts, including guided, breathe work, and many types of painting meditations. Clinical research over the past decades has now proven that meditation is not only a spiritual practice but a powerful healing tool that with regular practice can significantly improve our body, mind, spirit and health connection.

Palmetto Healing Arts mission is to offer a safe place for mind, body, spirit healing. A place to empower, participate and educate all people in the many modalities of the healing arts to bring mind, body, spirit wellness. To serve as an adjunct to traditional western medicine. To assist everyone on their path to wellness without judgement. To have all who enter the studio as guests for their own growth and healing , leave as friends.
Code of Ethics:
1. Confidentiality: No information about the client will be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the client or the parent or guardian if the client is under 18.
2. Transparency: I will explain to prospective clients or students my training background, what takes place in a Reiki session, the subjects covered in my classes, the amount of time spent in sessions and classes and the fee charged.
3. Integrity: I will be honest in all my activities and communication.
4. Support: I will always have a friendly, positive regard toward my clients and students and openly encourage them to heal and to do the best job possible with their Reiki practice and/or teaching program.
5. Respect: I will value my clients and students and treat them with respect. I will never engage in any illegal or immoral activity with my clients or students. I will never ask a client to disrobe. I will abstain from the use of drugs or alcohol during all professional activities.
6. Honor: I will honor all Reiki practitioners and teachers regardless of lineage or organizational affiliation. I will refrain from making negative statements about other Reiki practitioners or teachers.
7. Educate: I will always inform my clients and students about the value of Reiki sessions and that they do not provide a cure and are not a substitute for care by a licensed health care provider.
8. Refer: I acknowledge that Reiki works in conjunction with other forms of medical or psychological care. If my client or student has a medical or psychological condition, I will suggest, in addition to giving them Reiki treatments, they see a licensed health care provider.
9. Non-Interference: I will never diagnose medical or psychological conditions or prescribe medications. I will never suggest that a client change, or end dosages of substances prescribed by other licensed health care providers or suggest the client change prescribed treatment or interfere with the treatment of a licensed health care provider.
10. Freedom: I will encourage my students to use their own inner guidance in determining who to take classes from including the possibility of studying with more than one teacher.
11. Professional Conduct: I will always act in such a way to create and maintain a professional image for the practice of Reiki and the healing arts as a whole.
12. Development: I will be involved in the continuing process of healing myself on all levels to fully express the essence of Reiki and the healing arts in all I do
13. Gratitude: I will be grateful for the gift of Reiki , the healing arts, and for each client and student who chooses to come to me for help in mind, body spirit wellness.
