This 8 week intensive course will show us how to work our spiritual selves through our chakra system. Each week we will work on a different chakra. By learning how your chakras work, you can improve not only your metaphysical, but emotional and physical health. Through balance of the chakras, you are raising your vibration to reach the best and highest self you can be and will be able to help others as well with their chakras.
This is a certification course and each attendee that attends all eight classes will receive their certificate upon completion.

At the end of this course, you will be able to recognize any imbalance in your chakras and attune as needed.
Our journey will be 8 weeks long and each lesson is approximately 60-90 minutes.
Course content will include the chakras, their importance in our energy body, and touch on sound frequencies and why they work to bring ourselves into full balance. We will also be using guided meditations in this course and each student will be given a new chakra stone each week that correlates with the class material being taught. We will also explore the lesser known chakras outside of the body activated and awakened through finding your transcendent path; Earth Star Chakra, Soul Star Chakra, Spirit Chakra, Universal Chakra, Galactic Chakra and Stellar Gateway.

Week 2- Sacral
Week 3- Solar Plexus
Week 4- Heart
Week 5- Throat
Week 6- Third Eye
Week 7- Crown
Week 8- Lesser known chakras, and full balance healing meditation.
Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring a pillow and blanket to be more comfortable and wear loose clothing.
This course will be facilitated by Gretchen Herrera. Gretchen is a Level 3 QHHT practitioner, CMT, and Reiki Master
Quantum Touch Energy Healing and Soul Speak.
Coffee , tea , water and light snacks are included for free at the coffee counter inside Palmetto Healing Arts.
