Drum circles are an ancient tool for synergizing body, mind and spirit!
We need this wisdom from the ancients more today than ever!
Bring your own drum or percussion instrument ( rattles, tambourines..etc) or borrow one of mine! Lets get some healing intentions to go with our drumming as well! No experience needed! We will do call and response and get your spirit uplifted...we may even do some laughter drumming...lets see where we are lead!
