Join us at Palmetto Healing Arts every Wednesday evening with the spiritual practice of Hatha yoga.

Our yoga practice will be done in the safe, relaxing, and candle lit atmosphere at Palmetto Healing Arts.

Hatha yoga involves breath, body, and mind, and classes will be 1 hour of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation with sound bowl healing.( Asana, Pranayama & Savasana with sound bowl healing)

Great for all experience levels & bodies.

Yoga mats and props are available or bring your own. All are welcome, but space is limited!!
