FREE- Meditation at Richland Main Library

Join me at 3pm at the Main Library on Assembly for this FREE meditation class! Hope to see you there! Ages 12 and up are welcome to participate.

This series is designed to teach you about the fundamentals of meditation in a fun and interactive way.  Topics will include the health benefits of meditation, different styles of meditation, and proper meditation positions.  You will learn some tried and true meditative techniques to release stress, anxiety, and help with better sleep. Each class will include a fun activity to get to know our brains and a guided meditation to relax our mind and body. Come learn all about how YOU can meditate and then put that into practice in your daily life!

Lyn Nich, MHS and Certified Meditation Teacher for children and adults, is the owner of Palmetto Healing Arts in West Columbia.  PHA is a focused healing arts business with the primary goal to bring mind, body, spirit, and wellness through the modalities of Meditation, Mindfulness, and Reiki. Lyn is a retired college instructor in the health sciences, and now focuses her life on helping others through the healing arts. She lives in Lexington with her husband Pete, puppy love Josephine, and kitty cat extraordinaire Beatrice.  She is the mom to three grown sons and Nana to three beautiful grandchildren who have her whole heart.
